  1. “TMT” means Thunder Match “TMT” means Thunder Match Technology Sdn. Bhd. presently of Unit C-UG-159, Level Upper Ground, 1 Shamelin Shopping Mall, No. 100, Jalan 4/91, Taman Shamelin Perkasa, 56000, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur and trading under the name of “TMT”
  2. Customers are advised to back-up data before sending the item(s). TMT will not be held responsible for any data loss.
  3. Customers are required to check on the item(s) listed in the Service Form before signing it.
  4. Customers are advised to contact the respective outlet before collecting the item(s).
  5. Job sheet must be presented during collection.
  6. TMT will not be held responsible for any damage or additional unidentified malfunction left in the premises.
  7. By signing the Service Form, you acknowledged the item(s) that you send to TMT.
  8. TMT do not provide ant pirated or illegal software. Customers are wholly responsible for any pirated or illegal software found on their devices.

  2. Custom Build PC service only available at Plaza Low Yat Megastore, Mid Valley Megamall Megastore, Gurney Plaza Megastore and The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey Megamall Megastore.
  3. Custom PC Components stock availability may vary across different TMT stores. Kindly check the stock availability with the TMT stores you wish to visit.
