Post office boxes: Please note that we cannot deliver to a post office box address.

Receiving your order: Please note that orders require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign for your order, the postal carrier will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office. Delivery is subject to the terms of the relevant postal service.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

Out of stock items: If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.

 

Free Shipping Terms & Conditions

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order is over the specified threshold.

The threshold for free shipping is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied.

Free shipping is a limited promotion and not available for orders delivered outside Malaysia.

 

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (sealed box) and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Return Procedures

We guarantee all products from TMT are brand new and first class quality from their manufacturers. Therefore, we DO NOT accept any return from customer UNLESS it is damaged or defected during transit. Please notify us within 24 hours from the moment you receive the good and found that it is damaged or defected. Failure to do so will be treated at your own risk, TMT will not going to responsible and accept any return after that. For customer who insists to return the product that without any damages or defects during transit, exchanges or refund will be subject to a 5% of processing fees EXCLUDING shipping cost and GST. For customer who require making the return, please make sure you follow the procedures below to ease our process and expedites your replacement/refund:

 

(1) Notify us through e-mail at [email protected] within 24 hours.

 

(2) Specify the following details in your e-mail:

– date and time you received the products

– Order Number

– brand and model number

– prefer replacement or refund

– reason for the Replacement or Refund

 

(3) Obtain a “Return Authorization” from TMT via e-mail (please note that no return will be accepted without a Return Authorization from TMT).

 

(4) Write the Authorization Reference Number on your return-shipping label.

 

(5) The returned product must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, with all ORIGINAL PACKAGING and UNUSED WARRANTY CARD.

Note: TMT Is Not Responsible For Any Product Returned For Replacement/Refund That Is Not Returned In The Manner Set Forth Above.

 

The returned product will be sent to manufacturer/supplier for investigation before any replacement or refund can be made.
