Assistant Sales Manager Job Description

Below are criteria :

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  2. Candidate must be willing to allocate at Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu, dan Kuching
  3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin as an advantages
  4. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  5. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Management skill, Interpersonal Skill, Communication Skill, Human Interpersonal Skill
  6. Preferably Manager specialized in sales or equivalent.

Job Scopes :

  1. Report duty to Sales Senior Manager
  2. Weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports been submitted within timeline
  3. Ensure branch and staff is follow SOP
  4. Manage staff’s productivity, attendance, performance, and working attitude
  5. Manage / keep track/ maintain branch sales performance

Daily responsibilities :

  1. Write and responds e-mail
  2. Maintaining current filing system
  3. To handle branches/ outlet account
  4. Daily Routines- Update cash level, check cash transaction, update cash book
  5. Bank Reconciliation
  6. Merchant statement
  7. Double entry
  8. Payment voucher and cash transaction

Requirements :

  1. Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  2. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  3. Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
